A Lean Six-Pack And A Flat Stomach In 60 Days

The 1:1 coaching program for busy gay men who train hard, eat well most of the time, and still end the day bloated and sucking it in. Your effort is not the problem. Your gut is.

The method, explained
Apply For 1:1 Coaching Takes 2 minutes · No payment details · No obligation
Built for 50 to 60 hour work weeks No banned foods, ever 1:1 with Tim, application only
What's inside

Everything you need to get flat and lean. Nothing you don't.

A complete, coach-led system built around your real schedule. No guesswork, no fluff, no living in the gym.

Training For 40-Minute Windows

A 60 day plan built to your body, your equipment and your calendar. Three to four focused sessions a week, at your gym, at home or in a hotel.

Gut-Calm Nutrition System

Trigger foods out, restaurants and travel planned in. A framework you can order off any menu, not a bland meal plan you will quit.

Weekly 1:1 Coaching

Private check-ins with Tim to review your week, adjust the plan and keep the bloat moving in one direction: down.

Direct Message Access

Stuck at a work dinner or a hotel gym? Message Tim when the week goes sideways. The plan adjusts, you do not restart.

Bloat & Progress Tracking

Simple daily signals: morning weight, evening bloat, energy. Consistency becomes automatic, even on chaotic weeks.

Discretion By Default

No group, no posting, no progress shared anywhere. Your photos and check-ins are seen by Tim and no one else.

Client results

Sixty days. Real transformations.

Twenty four clients, on camera, in their own words. Nothing here is scripted and nothing is read off a page. Press play on any of them.

The Wednesday call

Seven clients, one week of wins
A full group call, unedited

Tim opens every weekly call by going round the room for wins. This is one of them, start to finish: eleven pounds in seven days, a shirt from the back of the closet that fits again, twenty two pounds off since joining, a first spin class in six years, 22,000 steps in a day, and one man under 200 pounds for the first time since high school. Tim closes it out explaining why the body fat number on your bathroom scale is close to meaningless.

Straight to camera

Short ones first. Most of these were sent to Tim unprompted.

Jason

38
45lbs down, 40 waist to 32

He was overweight, tired, and stuck in a rut, and he nearly scrolled past because it looked like just another Instagram ad for a trainer. A year later he is down about forty five pounds and four waist sizes, and wearing a tank top on camera.

Frank

Los Angeles
245lbs to a lean 180

Frank came in at his heaviest, 245 pounds, and recorded this at a lean 180 straight after Palm Springs Pride. His point is the one this whole program is built on: the fibre in the meals, and what it does for your gut, matters as much as the protein.

Kevin

The 18 day check in
10lbs in 18 days

He had tried diet and exercise on his own several times and it never held, so he went in apprehensive. Ten pounds came off in under eighteen days, and the part he keeps coming back to is learning to read what his own body was telling him.

Larry

30 days in
15lbs and a shirt size in 30 days

Past trainers put him on crash diets and supersets that got him injured, and he quit every time before he saw a result. What changed here was not the plan, it was that he stopped dreading the gym. He rates the weekly group call as the best part of the whole thing.

Steven

New York City
12lbs in a month

He spent about a year looking at programs before he picked one. A month in he lost an entire week to a slip up, which is the part he wanted on camera: what happened next was a weekly one to one with no judgement in it, and he did not quit.

Gerardo

55, New York City
200lbs to 182

He had worked with trainers all over New York City and never once been handed a complete program. Seven weeks in he was down from 200 pounds to the low 180s, and he is straight about why it stuck: he calls himself lazy about fitness, so having someone watching, and a group chat that holds him to it, is the whole mechanism.

Eric

3 months in
14lbs down, muscle up

He was already going to the gym and already eating what he thought was well. His words for it: healthy foods, but not healthy amounts, and no structure, so he was spinning his wheels. He ends on a question worth sitting with, which is what exactly has been holding you back.

Patrick

Two rounds with Tim
Down two shirt sizes

He did a round with Tim, got great results, left for a few months, and came back. His reason for coming back is the honest one most men will not say out loud: he cannot organise this on his own. He also gives the clearest account on this page of what the weekly call actually is, which is a room of gay men working on the same thing.

Sam

40lbs with Tim, 100lbs overall

Six months of coaching took about forty pounds off. He kept going after it ended and is now down around a hundred. He is clear that the thing that moved him was structure and someone who answered when he was plateauing.

On a call with Tim

Coaching calls, left long, so you can hear how the conversations actually go.

Austin

The full three month review
20lbs off, 205 to 178

An entire coaching call left in, from the part where he admits he nearly did not join because of the money, to planning the next six weeks. He started at 205 to 208 and weighed 178 the week of this call. The blocker he names is not diet, it is walking into a gym with no idea what to do.

Austin

His answer to the guy still deciding
"If I could do it, anyone could"

Tim asks him directly what he would say to a man sitting exactly where he was sitting three months earlier, unsure whether to join. This is the whole answer, unedited.

Brandt

One week in
11lbs in 7 days

A check in after seven days. Almost eleven pounds gone and every lift still going up, which is the part that matters: he is losing fat without losing strength. The change he cares about is the one on his sides, and it is already showing in the photos.

Jose

On a call with Tim
Leaner, and visibly bigger

No scale number in this one. Jose talks about the things that actually get noticed: wider shoulders, a bigger back, lower body fat, and the confidence that comes from knowing he can follow through. His barber spotted it before he did.

Larry

On a call with Tim
38 waist to 33

Fifteen pounds down and five inches off his waist. The wins he lists are not scale wins: wearing a t-shirt without pulling it forward all night, his partner noticing his chest and arms, his mother noticing his face over FaceTime, and buying a suit off the rack that needed no tailoring at all.

Kevin

3 months in
13lbs off in five weeks

He came in at 168 with one specific complaint, the fat around his belly. Thirteen pounds came off in five weeks and he has since moved on to adding muscle back. What he rates is that training and nutrition are treated as equally important, including when he eats relative to training.

Jordan

15lbs in 15 days

Fifteen pounds in fifteen days, from someone who says he had never worked out consistently in his life. His emphasis is on how little willpower it took once the plan and the meals were laid out for him.

Jonny

Second time through
10lbs by week four

He ran the program in 2024, came back and ran it again in 2026, which is its own kind of review. Almost ten pounds gone by week four. What brings him back is the accountability, the WhatsApp group and the Wednesday sessions.

Paul

On the weekly calls
"Better than therapy at times"

This one is not about weight. Paul talks about what the weekly group call actually does for the men on it, and Tim explains why he built the program in the first place, for the version of himself who felt completely alone in it.

Paul

A coaching moment
Why fibre variety matters

A short piece of an actual call, included because it shows what the gut side of the coaching sounds like in practice. Soluble against insoluble fibre, why hitting your fibre number is not the same as getting enough variety, and how far out restaurant menu calories can be.

The receipts

More wins, straight from the group chat.
